Booth Registration

Have you started your own business or ministry but you are not getting enough exposure? Do you want to present your startup in front of a global audience of hundreds of entrepreneurs, investors and innovators? At the Global Summit, you will have a chance to do that — from your home! — by registering your virtual booth! 

When buying your ticket, make sure to click “Digital Booth Registration (Incl. 1 Attendee Ticket)”. After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with your personal ticket QR code. Shortly before the event, we will send you a link where you can join the virtual conference. 

YOUR VIRTUAL BOOTH

What will it look like?

To make it easy for you to prepare your “virtual booth”, we are using image dimensions you may be used to with your existing social media pages!

Your virtual exhibit consists of a banner on top of the page, your logo, a short description of your startup on the left side and social media links (FB, Twitter, IG, YT, etc.). You can also upload files (like digital flyers), embed videos and display a photo gallery. Below are the dimensions you will need, and we will contact you after registration with simple instructions for providing the information.

YOUR VIRTUAL BOOTH

Requirements

While building and preparing your virtual exhibit, use the following guidelines & requirements in order to present your startup on our platform:

1. BANNER

16:9 – just like many videos and YouTube banner images. Ideally the banner would be:

2560 x 1440 px (with the “safe area” being 1546 x 423 px so that when the image resizes for different devices, that area will remain visible).

 

2. LOGO

800 x 800 px (no smaller than 400 x 400 px). The image should be designed so that it will display well in either square or round format (so don’t put the details in the corners)!

We know that this is a really big size, but by giving it to us in a large format we can help ensure it always looks good! If you only have it in a smaller format

3. NAME

The name of your startup / ministry, for example “Ellen4all”. Maximum 255 characters.

4. TAGLINE

Your tagline, for example “The Spirit of Prophecy in my language”. Maximum 255 characters.

5. SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS

Please send us a list of links to your social media pages. Maximum 255 characters per link. Links may include: Twitter, YouTube, Skype, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, mail, phone, etc.

6. DESCRIPTION

Underneath your name, tagline and social media links follows a short description of your startup. Maximum 512 characters. Use the first sentence to explain – briefly and straight to the point – what your organization is all about. Example: “A project to empower every Adventist to share the writings of Ellen White in their own language, through crowdsourced translation with review by The White Estate.” 

7. ASSOCIATED MEMBERS

Associated members of your organization can be displayed. Please provide the exact email addresses of the representative who is linked to a Global Summit registration ticket. Your organization’s associated members will be able to respond to questions in the chat as people view your startup. Please also provide a photo that can be displayed in a circular format, ideally 800 x 800 px as well.

8. YOUTUBE VIDEO

If you have a Youtube video describing your organization or project, please provide a link to be displayed on your virtual booth.

9. PHOTO GALLERY

Please prepare high quality photos of your organization or project, for example a photo of you “doing business” and have all photos ready to be uploaded soon.

Our team will soon paste a link on this page where you can upload all graphics, information and links for your booth. If you have registered for the event, you will also receive an email.
